The Year 2’s have settled beautifully into another year of learning. They have begun to understand and take ownership over what it means to be an ‘Independent Learner’. They are all regularly following the rules and structures that have been set up in the classroom and are truly making the most of their learning experiences.
It has been pleasing to see the students undertaking new challenges and also forming new friendship groups. We are very pleased with the way in which students have responded to the new and engaging activities that they have been introduced to, through the different areas of the curriculum.
Our cross curricular learning unit has focussed on ‘Who We Are- Balanced Choices’. The students have started their inquiry process by participating in many different engaging activities. There have been many highlights so far, with many more learning opportunities to pursue during the rest of 2022.
We are looking forward to working with you for the rest of the year.
